During the Summer vacations from my Masters, my role at Pierer Innovation (part of the KTM Group) was to map, optimize, and digitalize current processes within the organization. A fair share of Project Management skills were necessary throughout the whole experience.
As one of the first employees of Labenu, I had many assignments that do not quite fit into a single job description. At first, the construction of the brand. Then, student acquisition. Later, developing the Soft Skills roadmap and curriculum for current students. All of those in a operational and strategic standpoint. As Labenu grew, my role started to specialize in their transition from the course to the labour market.
My role at WeWork was to provide all support and assistance Account Managers might have needed. At times, this would mean going through their portfolios on Salesforce and advising them with prioritization, other times my role was preparing an upcoming pitch deck. I did, however, run some independent projects. Working on a prioritization tool for Account Manager's Portfolios was one of the projects I've worked on during my stay there.
My role was to ensure recruiters found talented people faster through Linkedin Talent Solutions. For that, deep knowledge of Linkedin's features was needed. My day-to-day included: - Facilitating onsite and online training sessions about Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Job Slots, and Linkedin Company Pages. - Communication campaigns through Tableau and Sendbloom
