Graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, with 8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst / Developer, with focus in .NET/C#. I worked extensively in one-time support, ERP and CRM billing applications; in this time, we reduced approaching 70% of the number of incidents opened monthly and we transformed the attendance of supports, using agile traits of SCRUM and Kanban, which improved our performance a lot. The supported systems were in .Net; SQL Server; Outsystem; Java; Mainframe; PL SQL Oracle. Thanks to this change, we managed to control approximately 95% of SLA’s incidents. Participating in an international project with Paris, Hong Kong and New York in order to create a Global Web platform to project financial risks. In the past, these risks were all designed in Excel. The app currently handles over 600 thousand data in Real Time using signalR, using .Net core (following hexagonal architecture) and kafka. Created a webApi to consume financial market curves (previously they were designed via an excel spreadsheet), now they are consuming the API to analyze the data. Engaged in code reviews, coordinating code changes with my team, emphasizing the importance of smooth integration and collaboration to make coding understandable. Identified and implemented the optimal debugging tools for bugs and errors in web applications. Led the team to investigate issues, engaging in group problem-solving sessions to find solutions. WebApis .NET development, using framework 4.6.2. Connecting WebApis with Beagle (FrontEnd/Angular). Working with SCRUM, the focus of the project is to migrate a legacy application that is in WPF to WebAPI solutions, using Angular as FrontEnd. Analysis and documentation of legacy .NET applications, placing the relevant information of the applications; servers; number of accesses and Logs in a dashboard, where it is possible to monitor and decide which applications are not in use, in order to deactivate them, or which applications are candidates to migrate to AWS.
