I am a technology and project delivery professional with a unique career path that bridges the sports industry and the digital world. After more than a decade in teaching, training, and sports consulting, I transitioned into tech, where I now focus on leading the delivery of high-impact digital platforms for international sports organizations. As Project Delivery Manager at Armis Digital Sports, I lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital ecosystems for international sports organizations, including FPF, CAF, CONCACAF, CFU and FC Porto. These projects include public websites, content hubs for media and broadcasters, accreditation and ticketing systems, protocol management and competition management platforms. My role combines stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and team leadership to ensure scalable, innovative solutions that enhance fan engagement, streamline operations, and strengthen global brand visibility.
