Responsible for launching and globally manage the new operations in Namibia and Mozambique, as well as to identify new expansion opportunities
Responsible for managing companywide projects and transformation programs, across different business areas, including Information Technology, new Business Development, new Support and Control frameworks and methodologies. In parallel, Global coordinator of the international expansion of ATLANTICO Group, namely the establishment of Banking operations in several locations across Latin America, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Reporting to the Board, takes the overall responsibility for the operational and support areas of the Bank, namely: IT, Banking Operations, Risk Management, Products and Services, Human Resources, Organization, Project Management, Logistics and Premises.
Responsible for the support areas of the domestic wealth management business in Portugal, establishing and managing the links with all the relevant stakeholders and providers, both internal and external. Further to the implementation of the Operational and IT framework, direct support to the CFO, Legal, Compliance and Products and Services areas, adapting the group products, policies and rules to the local market. Nominated UBS “Key Talent” in October 2008.
