Thesis entitled: Characterization of Nitrogen-Fixing Bacterial Strains from Lotus corniculatus with Biotechnological Potential. Investigated plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) from Lotus spp. with potential use in sustainable agriculture. Conducted microbiological isolation, molecular characterization by PCR, and greenhouse inoculation trials. Analyzed symbiotic efficiency and plant response in Lotus tenuis and L. corniculatus under controlled conditions. Co-author of 16S rRNA gene sequences submitted to NCBI GenBank. Project included question formulation, experimental design, fieldwork, lab techniques, literature review, data analysis of three treatment datasets, and written and visual presentation of results.
