I am a technology enthusiast and a specialist in business solution optimization who combines three worlds: technology, human development and communication. I advise companies, leaders and teams to accelerate growth and improve human performance in the age of AI. My work combines business strategy, technology, analytics, communication and human development: I turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into action. For more than 25 years, I have worked in business optimization, digital transformation, BI, ERP/CRM, applied AI and data-driven digital growth. I have developed my career in international corporations such as Microsoft, Baan/Infor/SSA Global and Software AG, and I have also founded and scaled companies that exceeded USD 1 million in annual revenue and obtained multiple international awards. I have collaborated with more than 100 organizations, companies and universities on transformation, marketing, training, strategic mentoring and optimization projects. Among them: Indra, Airbus, Accenture, PwC, Oracle, Nivea, Microsoft, ABB, ESADE, Real Madrid,... My international experience has shaped the way I work: I have traveled to almost 50 countries and lived as an expatriate in the Netherlands, Ireland, Uruguay and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). That global exposure has taught me to listen first, simplify quickly and build trust through results. My leadership style starts from one idea: complexity is best managed with clarity and with people who take responsibility and feel part of the solution. I rely on technology and data to make work more efficient (processes, BI, AI) and maintain a continuous learning mindset to adapt quickly and deliver value from day one. In leadership or mentoring, my goal is the same: to move forward together, with honesty and focus. I am also a speaker and mentor, and I teach at business schools and universities. I have delivered in-person conferences in 12 countries and participated in international virtual events, including live sessions with more than 5,000 attendees. My talks combine inspiration and applicable tools to move from “concern” to “action”. I am the creator of Autocoaching and Happiness Play, a “happiness management” technology, and the author of books such as “Autocoaching: How to Get the Best Out of Yourself” (published in 7 languages) and “Zero Stress”. My objective is clear: to help organizations and people grow with more focus, more data, more humanity and better decisions.
We are the solution that enables you to take hold of your life and be happier. Research began over 18 years ago with the intention to design a methodology that would provide individuals and organizations with tools to measure and continually improve happiness. Over the years Happiness Play, Auto-Coaching and Pedro Amador, our founder, presence on social and traditional media speaking about the methodology outlined in his 3 published books has increased substantially. In addition to our strong presence in the media, we have been developing and testing the technology which converts the methodology from a traditional book to an innovative app with over 32,000 users and 4,800 individuals trained using the methodology. As a mentor for Mentor Day, I have had the opportunity to guide and advise several entrepreneurs and startups on their path to success. Through my business experience, I have worked with my students to identify challenges, develop effective strategies, and maximize their growth potential. I am proud to be part of an organization that has offered a total of 30,000 counseling sessions to boost business success worldwide. Some student reviews: - Good advice and well-focused on my current and future problems. Very realistic and always wanting to help me. - He has pushed me hard, and I loved that. He has opened several paths to consider, possibly more suitable than the ones I am focusing on. - Start with what I have, maximize my expenses to the fullest, opened my eyes and grounded me. - Gave me good advice to formalize my company. - He has told me how to convey the message and has given me very good tips; he has been the one I liked the most and the one that has helped me the most. - He provided me with fundamental questions for this stage of my idea's development. Very enlightening on how to formulate the question to connect with my client's "pains," clearly identifying the specificity of my client through a few questions. He quickly understood, with a couple of questions, who my business is aimed at, which is not necessarily so clear in the rest of my documentation. I would say it was the most concrete and enlightening contribution of the day for me. - Thank you for the good tips, excellent, thanks. - Mentioning the success story and connecting with the client's problem and then making the client reflect on their solutions was good, thank you.
