With extensive experience in the financial sector, I am passionate about engaging people and capturing value from technology to transform business. As Vice President of Digital Transformation at ADL, I work with Grupo Aval Banks and FIs to enhance service digitalization and improve customer experience. In addition to my executive role, I also serve as a board member at Redeban, the leading payments network in Colombia. In this position, I bring my expertise in IT, operations, consulting, and coaching to support the strategic vision, innovation, and performance of the organization. I am also a lifelong learner, having completed programs at MIT, Stanford, Universidad de La Sabana, Universidad de los Andes and UPB.
