| Switchgear Unit | Responsabilities: - Preparation of Commercial Offers, namely with tendering, legal, financial, insurance and risk management departments; - BoQ screening and Technical Analysis of SLDs and Technical Requirements of Distribution Transformers, MV and HV Switchgear Equipment and Compact Substations; - Commercially coordinate the realization of the qualification processes and homologation of products and solutions ensuring the document management; - Maintain close contact with the clients answering questions and anticipating their needs; - Register and follow new data on the CRM Platform;
- Tender elaboration for national and international markets; - Contact with diverse factories HP in order to obtain solutions for EPC’s solicitations for international markets; - Tender elaboration for the new product Bushings, due to the RC sales right integration; - Costumer contact on a daily basis to find the most competitive technical and comercial solutions according to technical requirements; - Purchase orders management; - Projects follow-up; - Database construction and development;
