• CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) Support Team Leader – Swiss instance • Support CyberArk Swiss and Global infrastructures which manage privileged access to multiple platforms such as Windows, UNIX, VMware ESXi, HP, Cisco, McAfee, etc. • CyberArk integration with the network of the bank considering Accounts, Policies, Ticketing System, LDAP integration, Security Monitoring and logging/reporting systems • Accounts onboarding automation with CyberArk PACLI • Manage CyberArk Vault, DR, CPM, PVWA, PSM and PSMp components and design of the Safe architecture • Administration of the bank environments in all aspects in order to ensure scalability, High Availability, reliability, Disaster Recovery and High Performance of the CyberArk servers
• Full-time allocation to a top-tier international Swiss bank • Support on Authentication & IDM systems • Ensure adherence to banking policies, processes and mandatory programs • Project planning, schedule and perform software releases in the production environment • Ensure incidents/requests are resolved within agreed SLA times with the help of the ITIL Service Management tool ServiceNow • CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) support • CA SiteMinder application support in Windows and UNIX systems • RSA and Transmit Mobile Authentication support • SQL queries with the Aqua Data Studio, TOAD and Management Studio softwares • LDAP queries with the Softerra LDAP Administrator software • UNIX (Solaris/RHEL) and Windows Server platforms administration
• Installation and configuration of network and security appliances in IT networks, such as Cisco routers, switches, ASA, ISA, ISE and IronPort WSA proxy; Fortinet FortiGate; CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) solution and McAfee security solutions (web proxy, e-mail gateway and sandboxing) • CyberArk deployments and support on the Privileged Account Security (PAS) solution • Configuration of Windows, Windows Server and UNIX-based VMs on ESXi • Cisco and Fortinet firewalls configutations including IPsec Site-to-site VPN, IPsec & SSL Remote Access VPN and Clientless SSL-VPN • Cisco IronPort WSA implementations including Anti-malware, Antivirus, Anti-spam, URL reputation filtering, Application Visibility and Control and reporting • Advising and supporting clients on software and appliances functionalities and best-practices
