As a Product Owner at TELUS, I support the development of the MyTELUS App and help make improvements digital products. I work closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop new app features. I'm also involved in exploring how emerging technologies like AI can help solve real-world problems and improve product performance.

After my previous experience at ZPI I was given more responsibilities, mainly to enhance performance by refining Visual Basic and C code while bridging front-end and back-end systems through the integration of SQL, HTML, and CSS. I resolved critical data inconsistencies and display issues, supported production line continuity, and developed custom SQL queries to optimize database accuracy and performance. In addition to mentoring junior developers, I played a key role in team-based projects involving Git version control, database maintenance, and full-stack software development, further strengthening my leadership and technical problem-solving capabilities.
