Currently I'm a Advanced Project Manager in Customer Professional Services at Feedzai, delivering and managing software projects with companies in Financial area in LATAM Region. During 5 years, i worked as a Senior Consultant Engineering at Bold International, I have worked at one of the biggest clients of Bold, the Sonae BIT (Business Information and Technology), as an Infrastructure Project Manager. Nowadays I'm working as a Delivery Project Manager in another Bold client, NOS, one of the larger telecommunications companies operating in the Portuguese market. During almost 5 years I were responsible for managing, monitoring and coordinating of multidisciplinary projects of operation and maintenance systems of highways. Maintenance and configuration of road telematics equipment and toll collection (manual, electronic and Multi-lane Free Flow). Monitoring and coordination of the outsourced external maintenance teams (SLA’s, KPI’s). Maintenance responsible of seven datacenter infrastructures (communications, energy and cooling system) and contact with suppliers / maintenance teams of first line for resolution of anomalies. Configuration and provisioning of communication equipment, switches and routers (Cisco, Huawei, Enterasys) WAN, LAN and Wifi data networks. During 1 year, I held the position of Network Manager responsible for multidisciplinary activities related with systems and platforms of telecommunications network of a Telecommunication’s Operator – Optimus. Involved in packet switching team, providing support to corporate data services (Ethernet Virtual Private Line) to several clients (companies), on the Metro Ethernet network, in Cisco and Huawei equipment’s (routers and switches). During 2 years, I worked as a Research and Development Engineer in the Automation Power Systems Department of Efacec, one of the largest Portuguese companies working in energy business area. I were researching different communication technologies for application in the smart meters for the biggest smart grid project in Portugal, so called “Inov Grid” a project of EDP.
