- Make sure to keep our customers happy maintaining availability of service parts during 15 years after end of production. - Keep up to date service part data base. - Responsible for several areas of the vehicle during my working experience at Toyota like chassis, drive train and interior, currently responsible of body parts. In case of issues and or questions related to service parts I am the responsible to investigate and answer them to internal departments at Toyota or well to supplier. - Investigate supply issues from supplier and negotiate continuous production and in case there is no possibility then is needed further investigation to look for alternatives. - Responsible to raise All Time Buy or All Time Production procedures together with the European Depo. - Responsible connecting TMC (Japan) with European suppliers. - Responsible to create ADP together with supplier using supplier experience to decide what is going to be service part or not on certain scope designed by supplier according to Toyota requests and guidelines. Negotiate and discuss in case of misalignment. - Project manager for “Production location change” making sure there are service parts available during this project. When a model comes to an end of production, the manufacturing plant also stops producing service parts, Toyota requests to a supplier to continue the production of these service parts. I coordinate all the process between factory, logistics, legal, purchasing, European Depo and supplier to make sure a smooth transition of the reallocation of the specific tools being transferred. Frequent follow up meetings are needed to negotiate and align all parties involved and try to solve all the issues that may come in the most accurate and cost efficient way. - Responsible to create new Toyota Standard for “Production location change” activity. - Responsible for the health and safety of the team (one of our team KPI´s) - Responsible for some Kaizen activities within the team.
