I’m in charge of collecting valuable market insights, assessing the quality of said insights and analysing and reporting data pertaining to Commercial Due Diligence and Market Entry projects for some of the biggest consultancy firms in the world.
Working with a customer service team in the launching of Clos19, the online market platform for Möet Hennessy, released in the UK, Germany and the USA. Tending to customer enquiries, providing oenological advice, supervising the quality of service and analysing customer data to compile reports.
