Led the PPI program, driving productivity, customer experience, and improvement at scale. Defined 3–5 year strategy, co-led the regional Steering Committee, and partnered with leadership to embed PPI as a core business system. Achievements: Scaled PPI enterprise-wide, developing 30 Process Managers, 3 Senior PMs, and 2 Trainers, increasing productivity savings from $0.5M to $5.4M and strengthening visibility through Power BI.

Responsible for Implementing Total Quality Management at a 4 million tons capacity steel company. Creation of a model in excel to manage key performance indicators. Implantation and management of Daily Work Routine Management Rooms. Control of standard operating procedures. Providing training in Quality Tools (PDCA/SDCA, 5S, CEDAC – Cause and Effect Diagram with addition of cards, Abnormality Analysis, SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT as a facilitator). Guidance of 10 Six Sigma Projects in the areas of operation of the company. Management and development of Total Quality Team and Areas coordinators. Support and guidance to the implementation and maintenance to CEDAC Projects company wide. Support and attendance to the areas concerning abnormality analysis (Problem Solving tools).
