I am a very open minded person that loves to learn and interact with all kind of people and cultures. I have acquired that throughout the years, whilst living in three of the biggest metropolis of the world, being able to speak three different languages and having had the luck of being constantly travelling the world in the four last years. As well, that gave me a great opportunity to boost my communication skills and to constantly adapt and embrace to new experiences and adventures. As a dynamic and pro-active professional, I am continuously seeking for educational achievements in order to always improve my skills and be open to new challenges and opportunities. Furthermore, I am very passionate about sports. I was a professional athlete since I was six years old until my twenties and I know the skills required to be a top performer both on an individual level but also as part of a team. Also skills like healthy competition, hard work, healthy lifestyle are second nature for me. I am pursuing a career in either a Customer Service role or the F&B industry or working in the Sports industry. Throughout the years I have accrued enough competencies, skills and experience to be suitable for these positions. - Providing excellent customer service while ensuring comfort and safety of passengers throughout the flights; - Selling duty-free goods and advising customers of any particular sales that would be in place; - Reassuring passengers and ensuring they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations; - Able to give First Aid when necessary; - Carrying out pre-flight check duties: security checks and safety equipment checks.
