Pete's interests lies in creating and growing new lines of business that help financial services professionals grow and scale their practices. With 20 years of experience, Pete is focused on establishing our direct indexing footprint, managing the key accounts team, and creating strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Pete and his family moved to Hong Kong in 2016 to lead the business development team across Greater China. The goal was to increase sales efficiency, diversify our revenues by product & type, find my successor, and develop and implement a regional strategy for long term growth. From 2006 to 2012, Pete held a variety of business development roles helping Morningstar expand its product footprint across many of our global partners. Pete's specialties include: having a vision to fill a void in the market, creating a strategy, and executing the strategy by building high performing sales teams.
