I am an experienced operations and aftersales leader with a solid background from the automotive industry, mechanical manufacturing and technical project environments. I have held several management roles with responsibility for workshops, spare parts, service teams and customer relations. I combine hands-on operational leadership with a structured approach to processes, quality and efficiency. With experience from both established companies and fast-moving start-ups, I am comfortable building new concepts, developing teams and ensuring strong daily operations.
