I have held several management roles with responsibility for workshops, spare parts, service teams and customer relations. With experience from both established companies and fast-moving start-ups, I am comfortable building new concepts, developing teams and ensuring strong daily operations. As COO at Norhybrid Renewables, I lead daily operations and help steer the company through an intensive growth and scale-up phase.
