In this role, I supervise overall operations of three warehouses, involving two in Netherlands and one in Czech Republic to ensure seamless execution of tasks. I deliver expert-level support with distribution of finished goods as well as sales/marketing flows in EMEA region and ensure highest customer satisfaction by understanding and resolving queries. I verify invoices and PODs for auditing purposes and pursue reimbursements for unmatched shipments and use the data for processing weekly payment flows in Czech Republic and Netherlands, using freight audit and pay software product. I serve as liaison between internal AMD stakeholders, customer warehouses, and partners, managing storage, and moving AMD products. • Succeeded in executing tender for new warehousing provider (comparing bids, financial analysis and savings projection and reviewing the contracts) while transitioning warehouse operations to new provider without interrupting activities or negatively impacting clients.
I worked as a Customer Support Process Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre, where I played an instrumental role in defining reporting and KPIs for presenting to the senior management by leveraging Excel, Access, and SAP BO. I facilitated process improvement initiatives on a consistent basis by identifying and addressing inefficiencies and analyzing big data through utilizing Excel Pivot and Access Queries. I ensured the delivery of exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving problems, handling complaints, and answering queries courteously.
