• Conduct analyses regarding economic loss in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and wrongful termination. • Includes analysis of earnings, included related topics of education and occupation, non-wage benefits, non-market services, personal expenditures, and household decisions.
• Lead operational audit engagements of insurance operations to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes- Oxley Act and COSO • Utilize a risk-based approach to analyze and opine on the effectiveness of control frameworks in various Finance, Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Claims operations • Communicate risk management issues and internal control deficiencies directly to Senior Management and provide recommendations for improving efficiency in business operations • Assist external auditor Ernst Young by carrying out procedures for attesting to the Company's financial statements and internal control over financial reporting • Execute regulatory audits for international subsidiaries in Europe and Latin America
