I am a dynamic and dedicated TS professional currently associated with KPMG UK. I specialise in assisting strategic clients across various industries such as Consumers and Retail (Aligned sector), CMAG (IPO, Long form, Working Capital), Industrials, Manufacturing, TMT, and ENR, in buy-side, sell-side, carve outs and refinancing transactions. Since joining KPMG in April 2021, I've honed my skills in calculating underlying EBITDA, normalised working capital, and net debt, preparing comprehensive data books, and drafting detailed reports for clients.
