BP Seagull ETAP Host Project. Electrical Focal Point for TAR electrical scopes and electrical aspects of multiple new packages. Responsibilities included power systems analysis, electrical fault studies, cable calculations, managing electrical packages, managing design team to deliver scopes. Led a cost efficiency initiative to evaluate the BP electrical equipment specifications, compiling technical recommendations for client approved deviations based on expected asset lifecycle.
Petrofac Central Engineering Team. Providing electrical engineering design for multiple operator companies across a range of assets. Acted as focal point for projects carrying out power systems analysis, electrical fault studies, electrical protection coordination, cable sizing calculations, managing packages to install temporary generator skids, upgrade MV and LV switchgear, install VFD & DOL motors, mechanical skids, small power, lighting and heat tracing. Provided technical specification for the procurement of all aspects of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchgear, distribution panels, etc.
Senior Electrical Engineer on Nexen Buzzard Phase II project. Responsible for all aspects of brownfield electrical modifications for the project, including managing project deliverables plan and man hours. Creating engineering deliverables, managing vendor modifications to switchgear and Power Management System (PMS) - including carrying out TBE’s for equipment, checking design deliverables, etc.
