As Country President, I contribute to advancing energy optimization, emphasizing efficient and productive solutions for customers spanning industries, construction firms, and national institutions. With over two decades of leadership in sales management, low voltage, and energy management, I have supported strategic initiatives and the development of impactful solutions. At Schneider Electric, my focus is rooted in aligning the organization’s capabilities with our clients' needs to drive sustainable energy practices and establish a competitive edge in the global energy sector.
Managing the subsidiary since 2006. I managed to integrate several new activities in the company, including R&D for the group.
In this position I was in charge of the product and channel strategy, price management, Marketing Communication and other strategic aspects.
