I hold engineering education: Power Engineering (MScEng) at Poznań University of Technology (2017). To me each energy generation type has its applications, while this should be decided by strategic (national interest), technical and economical analyses - not dictated by ideologies or short-term gains. I have been working in Offshore Wind since 2018 with experience from both sides: development (from very early phases of projects in Polish Baltic Sea) and consulting engineering services. My roles can the best be described as project & interfaces management. Interfaces between permitting and technical or between various technical disciplines. My understanding of professionalism is that extreme level of quality and diligence must be assured, communication must be fact-based, decisions must be made and things pushed forward. I’ve successfully completed Technical University Delft Floating Offshore Wind course (2025). I am also pursuing Oil & Gas Engineering postgraduate degree (2025-2026). Happy to connect and exchange.
Greenfield development of vertical agroPV (100 MWp) & onshore wind (50 MW) projects.
FEW Baltic II project: 350 MW Greenfield projects: 1400+ MW Single point of contact to TSO. Managing technical dialogue and interfaces. Coordination of grid connection agreement (GCA) negotiation for FEW Baltic II OWF. Planning the 1800 MW portfolio permitting strategy: offshore & onshore transmission infrastructure. Electrical Package Manager deputy: team management, electrical conceptual designs, subcontractors management, preparation of RFIs. Representative in industry association working groups on transmission infrastructure. Supported environmental, permitting, regulatory and greenfield activities.
Supported: - digital relays parametrization and configuration (ABB, Woodward, Microelettrica Scientifica), - students' experiments in terms of power system protection (renewable generation), - troubleshooting of relays' communication with SCADA and other relays and malfunctions.
