Responsibilities: • Managing the department of realization of investment projects. • Comprehensive management of investment projects along with obtaining decisions on building permits, decisions on building conditions and other administrative decisions. • Supervision and monitoring of the work of project managers and architects. • Responsibility for budget implementation and settlement of investments during the construction process until signed the final acceptance protocol for the general contractor. • Cooperation with all parties involved in the investment process and external institutions. • Representing the company in contacts and negotiations with government offices , media gestors, clients, contractors and subcontractors. • Supervising the correctness of the course and coordination of tender processes for the selection of the general contractor, subcontractors and designers. • Supervision and control of implemented projects in terms of ensuring appropriate quality standards and their compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and environmental protection.
