• Managing project of erection of a new greenfield referential factory 16 000 m2 for assembly, automatic warehouse and injection molding, plus 5000 m2 of offices area with necessary external infrastructure for up to 1000 employees. • Responsibility for a budget of 50 m€ - not exceeded • Resonsibilty for on time delivery of a tight timeline of the project (13 months). • Responsilbilty for execuation of all media, fit-out, necessary permissions, to welcome tranfers of employees and production lines • Responsibility for the first production transfer of injection molding department from Tychy to Bieruń (20 machines). • Management of project team in terms of know-how, workload, to achive good peace of work. • Cooperation with subcontractors, including establishemnet of reliable method of progress control. • Project executed according to TOC Critical Chain methodology. • Project qualified to the final of PPEA organized by IPMA Polska2023.
• Supervision of an assembly of new machines, commissioning of a greenfield plant in Mszczonów. • Building appropriate human capital for a new plant, execution of recruitment processes. • Management of two plants (existing one in Chrzanów and the new one in Mszczonów) in terms of production, maintenance, H&S, quality, logistics (ca.60 FTEs). • Responsibility for delivery of the highest reliability of the processes and machines together with the highest quality of products. • Responsibility for planning and budget of production including its optimization. • Supervision of order management of raw materials for both plants. • Implementation of management tools such as lean or WCM for both plants. • Risk management in terms of machinery, process, raw materials, human capital, facility. • Cooperation with headquarter in France mainly in terms of safety, quality and reliability. • Building relationships with clients, suppliers and local authorities, especially for the new plant in Mszczonów.
• Operational Management of the plant (ca. 180 FTE) in terms of budget, production, maintenance, assets management, H&S, quality, facility management, investments etc. • Responsibility for elaboration and execution of production plans. • Responsibility for delivery of highest product quality and the best possible lead time. • Building well shaped human capital in the area of responsibility including training, coaching and existing salary and bonuses policy revision. • Dealing with Trade Unions in terms of organizational changes executed in the plant. • Elaboration of risk assessment plans from facility through machine maintenance to final product. • Implementation of Lean Manufacturing on several parts of production process such as: revision of material flow, stock reduction, production just in time and logistics. • Initiating, implementation and management of both product and production process development and investment actions. • Responsibility of new machines purchases decision making process including: technical specifications for new machines elaboration, tenders evaluations and negotiations with suppliers. • Responsibility and Supervision of H&S improvement actions. • Direct interaction with Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. • Key achievements: Decrease of scrap material by 11% y/y, increase production of high runner material by 10% y/y (5% due to operational improvement and 5% due to assets investments) and decrease of employees rotation by 13% y/y.
• Managing daily operations of plant (ca.270 FTE) in terms of assuring the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly KPIs and KAIs. • Reporting directly to plant director about results, implementation and execution of improvement plans if necessary. • Effective cooperation with centralized units and municipal representatives. • Deployment of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) in whole organization (positive assessment to silver medal). • Target oriented coordination of multiple teams (production, planning, maintenance, logistic, etc.) to assure good results in terms production, quality, reliability, delivery time etc. • Supervision and coordination of Focused Improvement projects. • Coordination of Capital Investments projects in the plant. Supervision of revamping project of Organic Coating Line. • Coordination of product development in cooperation with corporate R&D team. Introduction of two new products to the market. • Representing Plant Director during his absence including 9 months delegation of plant director to other organization. • Key Achievements: Several production record of the production lines due to continues improvement and debottlenecking. Introduction to the market of two new products, one of which was awarded with „Teraz Polska” logo. Positive audit to WCM silver medal.
