Managing the Office in Warsaw in terms of distribution and investments in northern, central and eastern Poland (AV business). Contract negotiations with suppliers, canvassing new foreign brands to be distributed in Poland, contracts negotiations. Coordination of work of the trade department. Taking care of customers and canvassing new customers from trading channels – IT and AV dealers, integrators, planning and design companies and ultimate customers – mainly corporations.
