-Reporting to: Group Private Banking Head and VicePresident of Nordea Bank Poland -Plan delivery: P&L, sales volumes, service & advisory level, customer and employee satisfaction, -Development and implementation of strategy (including Business Case, offering, advisory & service model, communication). -Close cooperation and know-how transfer from Group entities -Development of CRM, monitoring tools and PB advisors working model
-Reporting to: VicePresident of Nordea Bank Poland -Reporting organization: Branch network – 1250 FTE in 203 branches and HQ Main achievements: in 2009/10 Nordea among top 3 banks in terms income&profit growth, 3rd place in mortgage sales (>10% market share), the best in Poland in credit portfolio quality, 2nd&3rd place in Newsweek Customer Service Survey
-Reporting to: Global Asset Management Head -Set up and management of Asset Management operations in Poland (similar to local TFI) -Very good performance of managed funds vs benchmarks and peer group (Nr 1 on the market in 3-years performance of key Insurance Funds (e.g. Polish Equities, Balanced Funds) -Proven quality of investment process and good cooperation with Institutional clients
-Reporting to: Global Savings and Asset Management Head and VicePresident of Nordea Bank PL -Development and implementation of Savings & Investment Value proposition for Mass, Affluent and PB segments -Management of Savings&Investment offering (pricing, distribution channels, compliance) -Introduction of advisory process and tools -Sales support (trainings, B-t-L, tools, reports & analysis, campaigns, incentives)
-Reporting to Retail Banking Sales & Distribution Head -Targets execution in accounts, deposit, investment, insurance and treasury products -Development of strategy in WM area, optimization of the product offer and sales & service models
-Reporting to Retail Banking Sales & Distribution Head -Subordinates: 600 FTEs in 55 branches and supporting functions -Execution of sales and financial plans in Central-East Poland (the biggest from 3 regions: in sales, revenue and EBIT), in all retail segments: CitiGold (wealth management), CitiBlue (retail banking), CitiFinancial (consumer finance) and CitiBusiness (SME)
-Reporting to Retail Banking Sales & Distribution Head -280 FTEs in 10 branches and 15 subbranches -Sales&financial performance of reporting CitiGold branch network in all customer segments (Gold, Blue and Business)
-Planning, execution on strategic business initiatives (variable compensation system development, branch network optimization, leveraging synergies from cooperation with corporate bank, migration of SME segment into Retail bank) in a close cooperation with Regional office in London -Management of the Expansion Project into new branches, increased sales force and marketing
