Contributed to the development of a large-scale web application enabling a global user base to manage customer's hardware across distributed locations. Delivered new features and maintained legacy components using Python and AWS cloud native services. Built and maintained cloud-native infrastructure with AWS CloudFormation, monitored dozens of microservices via CloudWatch and Datadog, and ensured high-quality delivery through automated testing (PyTest), static code analysis (SonarQube), and a modern CI/CD setup (Azure DevOps). Advocated for best practices in code and architecture while actively engaging in agile team processes.
As a DevOps Engineer, I was a member of a team responsible for the development of an internal web application used daily by hundreds of users, leveraging Python, Flask, VueJS, and AWS. I endorsed clean architecture and best practices (SOLID, DDD), mentored junior team members, and built CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. I also designed and implemented multiple Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions, transforming legacy systems into maintainable, automated environments. Additionally, I defined monitoring standards using Datadog and Terraform. Earlier, as a Managed Cloud Engineer, I ensured the reliability of critical customer infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) and took part in 24/7 on-call operations, resolving issues across diverse monitoring tools like Zabbix, New Relic, and PagerDuty.
Spearheaded the introduction of Infrastructure as Code for CI/CD configurations and infrastructure using Jenkins Job Builder, Jenkins Job DSL, Ansible. Developed internal tools for reporting and accounting in Groovy and Python, and automated Linux workstation management with Bash, Python, and Ansible. Implemented and maintained a static code analysis environment (SonarQube) and centralized log management using the Elastic Stack. Managed and troubleshot servers across various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS), ensuring high availability and performance.
