I’m a systems‑thinker and hands‑on leader who thrives at the intersection of complex engineering, strategic negotiation, and resilient team building. Over the past few years I’ve architected and delivered high‑throughput microservices—most recently spearheading a crypto‑to‑fiat integration that now can process millions in seamless on‑chain/off‑chain transactions. I get energized by puzzles that seem unsolvable, and I love bringing clarity and order where others see chaos. My sweet spot is taking fragmented requirements and diverse teams, then designing elegant end-to-end solutions that just work. I’ve led technical teams through fast-paced product delivery, organized large-scale workspace transitions, and acted as a key point of contact for C-level stakeholders tackling mission-critical problems. Colleagues know they can count on me to negotiate win-win outcomes, set healthy boundaries, and keep projects moving—even under intense pressure. If you’re looking for a fractional CTO, technical “fixer,” or workshop facilitator who can transform your toughest challenges into scalable systems—and have a bit of fun doing it—let’s connect.
