My experience includes industrial, residential and commercial projects specifically production facilities, office complex, business parks, hotels, mixed use buildings and others. I am fully conversant with Polish Building Law, but also experienced with IBC and Saudi Building Code.

Plot area: 19,5ha, total footprint in Phase 1: 21,500m² JOHNSON MATTHEY, Konin, Poland Architectural lead on greenfield project: Battery Materials Manufacturing facility producing Lithium Nickel Oxide cathode and anode materials. Full EPCM & Commissioning of Process. GFA: ~45,000m². MTU ZHUHAI/ CHINA Design lead on remodelling of the Office Building being a part of existing MTU Campus. EXTENSION OF MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN BŁONIE/ DELPHI/ POLAND Architectural lead on all planning stages of the brownfield project: large manufacturing hall with supporting areas for production of the components for electric and hybrid cars. Facility extension footprint: approx. 17.000 m². Completed. EME AERO/ LUFTHANSA TECHNIK+MTU AERO ENGINES/ RZESZÓW/ POLAND Concept Design architectural lead and BP+TD verification of the greenfield DAT (Disassembly, Assembly, Testing) Shop for the repair and overhaul of aircraft engines. Total facility area approx. 43.000 m². Completed. MAZOON DAIRY COMPANY/ OMAN Architectural lead on the Concept and FEED stages of the greenfield Dairy Processing Plant (CPP) in Oman. CPP with footprint approx. 40.000 m² will be a part of the large farm, manufacturing and accommodation complex on 150 ha sized plot. Completed. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT / U.S. Basis of Design (BOD) for a greenfield data center project in U.S./ Oregon (plot size: 67acre, total building area: ~80.000m²) AL RABIE – JUICE & DAIRY DRINK FACILITY/ JIZAN/ KSA Arch. lead from the concept to the tender design of the greenfield Juice&Dairy Drink facility in southern Saudi Arabia region (plot size: 18,8ha, total usable area: 160.000 m²) INTERNATIONAL PAPER (EARLIER WEYERHAEUSER)/ GDAŃSK/ PL Project arch. lead from the concept to the detail design phase of a greenfield cellulose processing plant, constructed in 2 stages (plot size: 10ha, total usable area 18.000m²).
