I always think about software engineering in terms of new challenges which I can meet. There are a lot of different opportunities but I am aware that I can take a part only in certain of them. As experienced software engineer I am a proud of the fact that I can be involved in different stages of software development that finally results in customers' satisfaction. I have worked on various projects within different areas but regardless of this I am always focused on designing and implementation of efficient solutions to meet requirements. Developing element manager for OSS (Operations Support System) for global telecom equipment vendor in 3G / 4G networks area (WCDMA, HSPA, LTE). Creating completely new application from the ground up using agile methodology (Scrum). Designing intuitive and responsive web UI with desktop-like user experience (UX) and efficient server side solution to meet customer's high demands. Extending the application with new features based on user stories, adjusting and refactoring the implementation with reference to customer feedback. Maintaining reusable code for modular software components. Providing competence trainings abroad for new developers in multicultural environment.
Leading team up to 10 developers working on element manager consisting of Java web and standalone applications providing management operations in 3G / 4G networks (WCDMA, HSPA, Femto). Maintaining legacy code and expanding existing applications by designing and implementing new features for global mobile operators. Analyzing and reviewing requirements, estimating efforts, planning schedule by cooperating direclty with project managers and customer representatives.
