For more than 14 years, I have shaped industrial production — from Plant Engineer focused on shift performance and waste reduction to Operations Manager today, with responsibility for around 130 people in an internationally operating company. What drives me is the conviction that operational excellence is not an end in itself, but the foundation for a future-ready production. Three themes run through my work: Operational Excellence. Lean manufacturing, KPI steering, structured problem solving. Improve what already runs before stacking new things on top — that's the base everything else rests on. Digitalization. Process optimization through ERP, data-driven shift and maintenance steering, alignment of standards across international plants. Certified in "Process Optimization in the Context of Digitalization." Modern Leadership. Certificates in Systemic Leadership and "Develop Your Coaching Skills as a Leader" — because the people on the shop floor matter to me at least as much as the equipment. My background: M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in General Management (HTW Berlin), an International Business semester at Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok, continuous industry experience in Berlin (Eurofoil/Novelis, now Nissha Metallizing Solutions). Bilingual German/Polish, English in international corporate work, currently learning Chinese. Beyond the day-to-day, I follow China's industrial and technological development with active interest — from manufacturing innovation and automation to energy and mobility. Learning the language is part of engaging with that ecosystem more directly.
