30 FTE, 3 direct reports, reporting to European Distribution Centre Manager In the position of Warehouse Supervisor, I am responsible for organizing and coordinating various warehouse activities such as inbound, picking, packing, VAL/VAS and stock control. I monitor the progress and identify bottlenecks. I do this by giving direction to the team leader and warehouse teams by setting clear goals and roles for the teams based on the strategic policy. An important part of this is to steer on targets and take on all HR related tasks.
60 FTE, global fashion e-commerce fulfilment centre reporting to warehouse manager As logistics team leader, I am responsible for managing 60 FTEs within the packing department. I am the internal point of contact for the coordinators and act as troubleshooter in case of deviations. I also ensure the right productivity and quality by means of KPIs and the associated reports. Take care of the personnel planning, the attendance registration and I conduct evaluation and assessment interviews.

The function was dominated by the effective and efficient running of the sub-processes through proper coordination with production. Furthermore, I was responsible for the administrative handling of logistic processes and staff deployment.
