As a Retrofit Supervisor, I oversaw day-to-day job site operations, ensuring all work was completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications. I supervised and coordinated subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow and productivity, while monitoring work quality and tracking progress to resolve on-site issues and prevent delays. I conducted pre- and post inspections on internal and external tenanted properties and ensured all works met industry standards, building regulations, and company requirements.
