Tax professional with experience in international consulting, supporting clients in areas such as international taxation, direct taxes and M&A related issues.
As part of the Governance Excellence team within Bosch’s central International Tax & M&A function, I work with the Group’s headquarters team in Stuttgart. I focus on international tax governance, particularly permanent establishment risks, transfer pricing matters and tax risks related to business and sales models.
As part of the International Corporate Tax team, I supported Polish and international clients in corporate tax matters, with a particular focus on withholding tax, permanent establishment, transfer pricing and M&A projects. I advised on domestic and cross-border transactions, participated in tax due diligence and tax review engagements, and helped identify key tax risks and practical recommendations for clients. I also supervised the work of senior consultants, consultants and interns, including task coordination, review of deliverables and day-to-day project support.
As part of the Corporate Tax team, I participated in general tax and M&A projects for Polish and multinational clients. I was involved in tax structuring, tax due diligence and transaction-related tax reviews, including cross-border projects in the infrastructure, real estate and manufacturing sectors. My work focused mainly on CIT, withholding tax and permanent establishment matters, including identification of tax risks, analysis of transaction structures and preparation of client-facing deliverables.
