Management is, at its core, the art of turning complexity into clarity — and that is precisely what draws me to it. I am pursuing an MSc in Strategic Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, building on a foundation laid at Warsaw University of Technology, where I graduated summa cum laude. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and business process excellence — a space where analytical rigour meets organisational reality. In practice, this means mapping and restructuring business processes at one of Poland's largest construction enterprises, co-founding a deep-tech startup that secured external financing and filed a patent, and competing — twice — in national consulting competitions evaluated by BCG practitioners. I believe that the most valuable professionals are those who can translate data into decisions, complexity into structure, and ambiguity into actionable strategy. That is the standard I hold myself to — and the direction I am consistently moving towards.
