Responsible for the leadership and management of a growing team of 50 consulting professionals in three locations (Poland, Philippines, Mexico), focused on the global remote delivery of SimCorp's solutions in the Investment sub-domains of Front Office and Portfolio Analytics. These domains cover Order Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Compliance, Performance Measurement and Financial Risk Management. Senior leader within the Consulting Services business responsible for the development of the local and global strategy, management and financial reporting, creation of business process flow diagrams, business modelling, and functional design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Product Owner responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, arranging and prioritizing sprints, and liaising between stakeholders and the scrum team. Service Line owner responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of a service line and the development of business practices locally as well as together with the global practice peers. Delivery Manager responsible for the project management of the solution implementation, starting from scope of work definition, through business requirements, resource allocation, monitoring and reporting on the required scope delivery progress.

Managing a team responsible for: - Review and analysis of daily profit and loss. Includes: review and explanation of P&L movements, Profit Attribution Analysis to Business and Product Control management. - Performing month end P(L) and B/S control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy of the reported numbers. - Month-end reconciliation of the reported numbers. - Driving improvements and standardize the control infrastructure. - Involvement in projects that arise relating to streamlining current processes and represent - Finance on Business led initiatives. - Interaction with Business, Planning & Analysis, Middle Office, Operations & Technology, Risk Management and Accounting Policy. - New products and complex transactions review. - Reconciliation between front and back office systems. - Documenting controls, ensuring escalation to senior management. - Ensuring that market-leading standards are achieved through continuous development and maintenance of strong controls.
Duties: - Support and enhance accuracy and insight of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting in EMEA, APAC and LATAM, including daily review of business level revenues and commentary on key risks and market moves. - Participate in PAA (Profit Attribution Analysis) review and analysis; participate in functional reviews, Volcker, PAA enhancement initiatives. - Review of new trades, understanding the structure, associated risks and the P&L generated on them. - Ensure standardization of processes and controls amongst the different parts of the business, including the integration of the Structured Notes control function to the existing processes. - Critically evaluate existing processes for areas of improvement and ensure they are in line with the control framework. - Active participation in projects to develop the control infrastructure and facilitate business growth. - Support full completion of all MCA controls to a high standard. - Daily interaction with traders in London, Middle Office, Risk Management for review of transactions for pricing, reserving and control. - Promoting high data quality between front and back office systems. - Ensure strong communication across Product Control sites, engage fully with other functions.
