I've participated in development of multiple products and tech demonstrators at every stage of development from the very beginning to the working demonstrator and/or final product. While I specialise in FPGAs, digital & radio electronics, I find hi-tech & manufacturing technology exciting and full of new stuff to learn and apply to day-to-day electronics engineering. This, and lots of experience working with multidisciplinary teams allows me to provide various degrees of expertise on multitude of topics related to developing new solutions for products and technologies. I've had a pleasure in working in multiple interdisciplinary and international teams of brilliant people both remotely and on-site. I have my own remote electronics lab and have experience in helping companies enable their employees working remotely in hardware development setting sharing access to developed hardware, measurement equipment and other required assets. I have practical experience in leading specialised and multidisciplinary teams of engineers, as well as supporting project managers and business developers. Managing and consulting on FPGA & DSP activities. Satellite communications payload system engineering and design for multiple projects including an ESA-backed projects. Managing a small multidisciplinary team of R&D engineers specialising in FPGA & DSP. Supporting the development activities and daily operations. Working with PMs on managing project activities, workflow, resource management, tasks allocation.
