I am a physician-scientist and biostatistician with over a decade of academic and industry experience spanning medical oncology and global drug development. Prior to co-founding ClearideBio Therapeutics, I served as Vice President of Clinical Development at Pheon Therapeutics (US) and held senior clinical development leadership roles at Pega-One (a Centessa Pharmaceuticals company, US), Numab Therapeutics (Switzerland), Multitude Therapeutics (China), Ryvu Therapeutics (Poland), and NBE-Therapeutics (Switzerland), which was acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim for USD 1.4 billion. Across my industry career, I have overseen clinical and nonclinical development, regulatory affairs, translational medicine, safety, pharmacology, biostatistics, clinical operations, medical writing, and quality assurance activities related to the development of antibody-drug conjugates, Tcell engagers, antibodies, and small molecules. I earned my M.D. from Warsaw Medical University and a Ph.D. in medical oncology from the Military Institute of Medicine in Poland. I am board-certified in medical oncology and have co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in oncology and biostatistics.
