Good projects do not impress me. Hard ones do. For 9 years, I have worked across academic and corporate research, product and process development, engineering, IoT/AI and industrialization. I have managed projects, coached engineers and led cross functional teams. I understand the lab →manufacturing processes, the customer and the boardroom. At Hitachi Energy, I delivered the first SF6 free 420 kV breaker into production and supported rollouts that cut thousands of tonnes of CO2 per year. I lead CAPEX programs above 10 MCHF, align engineering, operations and suppliers across countries, and turn tight shutdown windows into working lines. My focus is capacity growth, stable processes and measurable cost reduction. Alongside that, I co-founded Just Automate, where I design and build augmented agent systems: AI architectures that combine language models with memory, tools and real-world integrations to automate complex workflows end-to-end. As COO and AI Architect, I run discovery, system design and rollout. I do not build demos. I build production systems that change how teams operate. I work best where there is no clear path. I bring structure under pressure, simplify decisions and move topics forward without noise. From MES to IoT and applied AI, I use digital tools only when they improve planning, quality or throughput. I mentor younger engineers and expect ownership in return. I care about projects that have a clear purpose for people and the environment. This includes removing harmful materials, improving reliability and building processes that can grow without friction. I stay curious and keep learning because better methods always exist.
