On handling the defects/non-conformities and Change Requests for the Danish Signalling Programme: • Drive of all defects, CRs and features under urgencies and tight deadlines • Lead of, regular and ad-hoc, CCB/DMB with internal boards and customer • Release planning and task management • Problem solving, root-cause analysis and defect prevention • Configuration, maintenance and integrity of 5 ticketing systems (system/subsystems/sub-suppliers - JIRA/ClearQuest/Rational/other)
On the successful first upgrade of the in operation ETCS (SW, Data and HW, track side and Traffic Control Centre) within a 12-hour operational break: • Planning and leading the overall and detailed migration (installation, configuration management, lab and field T&C activities) and resource planning (more than 50 persons) • Coordination with customer, sub-suppliers and other stakeholders • Preparation and approval of relevant documentation (T&C Plan, Reports/Protocols, others) • Training, rehearsals and demonstration towards customer
Since the early project phases, on the application of ETCS level 2 for the Danish Signalling Programme: • Definition of programme V&V strategy and redaction of V&V Plans and Reports • Evaluation of requirements, non-conformities and application of CENELEC and UNISIG standards • Validation of signalling design, installation, test and commissioning strategies and results • Scrum management for the V&V team and training for fellow engineers
