About

Senior programme and operations leader with 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, housing, and urban resilience initiatives across Eastern Europe. My work bridges humanitarian response, reconstruction, and built environment systems — from housing recovery programmes and municipal resilience strategies to complex infrastructure delivery and public-private partnerships. I have led multi-site reconstruction portfolios serving over 2,000 beneficiaries in partnership with international organisations, ensuring full donor compliance and alignment with humanitarian standards. In parallel, I design and implement operational and governance systems for urban resilience and recovery programmes, coordinating with municipalities, UN agencies, and development partners. Prior to transitioning into the humanitarian and development sector, I founded and scaled construction and infrastructure companies delivering nationally significant projects, including major sports and transport infrastructure. This background enables me to navigate the full programme lifecycle — from strategy and financing to implementation and delivery at scale. Core areas of expertise: • Housing & Reconstruction Programmes • Urban Resilience & Recovery Planning • Programme Operations & Governance • Infrastructure Delivery • Public Sector & Donor Coordination • Partnership Development • Multi-site Project Management Currently pursuing an Executive MBA, with continuous training in humanitarian programme management, public administration, and project governance. Open to collaboration on housing, reconstruction, and urban recovery initiatives globally.
