Assoc. CIPD Member I am a conscientious and enthusiastic individual with over 19 years of experience within the recruitment industry. I would describe myself as bubbly, hardworking, resilient and flexible. I have good communication skills and build rapport quickly with individuals through strong listening and interpersonal skills. After 8 years of doing a hands-on "Recruitment" role, I changed direction and moved into training, learning & development. I have completed the CIPD foundation course for trainers in March 2015 & Level 3 CIPD in Learning and Development in February 2017. Most recently I completed a CIPD course, Leading L&D in June 2021. My role in training allows me to work closely with HR and develop strategy. My key strengths involve managing and delivering internal training and development for the business to support employees at all levels. This includes training programs for new starters and experienced consultants, as well as on-the-job coaching. My hobbies include cooking, reading, socialising and tasting new wines and gin 🍷
