Reported to Manager of GMM Process Team (Director of GMM, HQ in Austin TX, USA) responsible for Procurement operations efficiency, developing programs, managing and implementing process improvement initiatives and projects for Global Material Management organization. - Developed demonstrable HPE measure of current long-term agreements (LTA) performance against target. Established a clear action plan towards meeting the LTA targets. Recognized by executive team for attaining LTA targets in 5 consecutive calendar quarters without any supplier escalations. - Categorized all components - part numbers – used in HPE productions for Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Americas (AMS) regions, regularly (monthly) set safety stocks with value of ~ $200M in EMEA and AMS. - Designed Inbound Inventory Hub (IIH) shortage management processes. Participated in creation of Standards of Operations (SOP) documentation. Defined structural collaboration between HPE and partners, including regular shortage review meetings between all stakeholders with daily cadence. - Developed new layout for Material Shortage Planner (MSP) tool, user acceptance tested (UAT) with key users, prepared standards of operations (SOP) documentation and training documentation, trained all users, and implemented new solutions.

Identified owners, directed recovery actions, and tracked root causes. - Established regular ‘Critical Shortage Review’ meetings with responsible stakeholders – internal HPE and partners. - Ensured that enough material is in the right place in EMEA for AMS business continuity plan (BCP) activation. Most of AMS orders were produced in EMEA and shipped back to AMS customers on time. A critical customer received most ordered racks on time. Achieved 100% of demand and 96% on-time delivery in relevant quarter, and drove improvements in customer’s key metrics. HPE CEO personally received the positive feedback from customer.
