Solutions for IPTV providers in the USA, such as Dish Network, Charter Communications, and Invidi Technologies. These systems covered live and VOD video streaming, targeted advertising, and data analytics. Led development teams and made individual contributions across various development areas, including design, coding, functional testing, performance optimisation, infrastructure, and continuous integration and delivery processes. Led full-cycle development of a high load system for Dynamic Ad Insertion (50,000 requests per second during peak hours), supporting LIVE and On-Demand streams. Integrated with major Ad Servers, provided header bidding for video ads. System provided broad realtime and BigData-based analytics. The solution was fully implemented on AWS platform, ensuring failover capability, multi-regional deployment, monitoring coverage, utilizing various serverless services. Led development of a framework for migrating Big Data infrastructure from on-premises data centers to AWS (in partnership with AWS). The framework empowered engineers to rapidly launch Hadoop SQL and Spark code in the cloud. The platform facilitated script execution, automatic scaling of computational resources, data storage, access provisioning, execution, data collection and visualization. The final solution processed approximately 200TB of new data monthly and orchestrated about a 1,000 scripts. That enabled data analysts, who worked with the framework, to complete their work several times faster, eliminating concerns about infrastructure and lowering operational costs.
