Product validation and verification activities for Combine platforms. Preparation and conducting of the lab and field tests, including interaction with Customers and Dealers. Solving of the quality problems from the assembly line and in warranty (electrical equipment, HVAC systems, lightning equipment): root cause analysis, development and implementing of corrective actions. Support of the engineering changes management, product trial runs, internal product audits, PPAP, etc.
Electromagnetic compatibility tests of an electric and electronic components of the car. Installation, set-up and usage of the different test equipment for car tests (dynamometrical roller stands, robot-driver, variety of the measurement equipment). Certification and homologation tests of the car.
