I build AI products for enterprise teams — agents, automation, and the connectivity layer that makes them work. On weekends, I vibe-code MVPs solo: idea to live in days, not quarters. I use AI to 10x my own productivity and have built my own PM OS and personal skill ecosystem on Claude. I’ve shipped TR’s first MCP server for a legal collaboration platform, and on weekends — Apna Saathi (AI health companion), GlobalPulse MCP (global intelligence across 6 open APIs, listed on the official Anthropic MCP Registry), PositionIQ (tax risk analysis), and SynergyFlow (full-stack CRM). I build in public — sharing the journey, the launch numbers, and what I’d do differently. I write about agentic AI, MCP, token economics, vibe coding, and prompting frameworks on LinkedIn and Medium. I taught vibe coding, agentic product design, and Product 3.0 — the shift from feature factory to AI-native builder — at IIMs, Mahindra University and leading global institutions, GrowthX, Product Folks, and other PM communities. 1000+ students across universities and PM communities. 9+ years across legal tech, fintech, gaming, and ecommerce. I drive the product vision for MCP connectivity within CoCounsel’s Transactional Experience team at Thomson Reuters, enabling seamless interoperability and powering agentic workflows through Model Context Protocol (MCP). I owned the product and delivery of the HighQ MCP server end-to-end — TR’s first MCP server and first for a legal collaboration platform — and am currently leading the build of the In-app AI assistant for legal collaboration, creating a standards-based connectivity surface that seamlessly connects matters, legal data and documents to any AI agent. I also led the Split.io integration and experimentation program at TR, enabling data-driven feature rollouts across the product.
I owned the onboarding, registration, and KYC product roadmap — designing compliant, market-specific experiences across 120+ labels and 40+ countries. Sitting at the very start of the customer journey for a $5B+ revenue business with a global footprint of 500 million users, optimising this funnel translated directly into measurable NGR growth across each market.
I headed the mobile product vertical for one of the fastest-growing online travel agencies in the Middle East — a privately backed platform serving the GCC and North Africa markets out of Dubai. From booking flow optimisation to new business line launches, my work spanned the full product lifecycle, driving measurable impact across conversion, retention, and revenue at every stage.
