These initiatives include investing in industry strategies, case studies, proof of concept/value projects to assure solutions deliver on customers key outcomes. Working closely with select customers and partners, CDA provides investment funds, expertise, equipment and partners to deliver on leading edge, scalable, high-impact solutions. Over the last 2.5 decades+, Paul has worked with many executives to accelerate business & digital transformations, M&A, national programs & associated complex digital solutions. This includes providing market, customer intelligence to make the right decisions, navigate competitors, execute plans & build capability to grow and deliver strategic business goals. Paul has the skills to provide advisory, strategy, commercialization, strategic delivery, go to market, consulting services & strategic reviews.
