Paul currently manages the Cisco CDA Country Digital Acceleration Program for Australia, which operates within Cisco Global Digital Impact Office. The CDA program executes in 57+ countries and in Australia, the CDA national program is a long-term investment portfolio, working across multiple industry and purpose verticals. CDA is focused on solving key industry challenges using digitisation & AI to "Build a Digitally Inclusive Future" Paul works closely with executives, accelerating business strategies solving complex industry challenges, with multiple beneficial impacts, that can scale regionally, nationally or globally. Execution spans investment management, account, customer & partner engagement, commercial management and end-to-end delivery of benefits across the CDA portfolio. These initiatives include investing in industry strategies, case studies, proof of concept/value projects to assure solutions deliver on customers key outcomes. Working closely with select customers and partners, CDA provides investment funds, expertise, equipment and partners to deliver on leading edge, scalable, high-impact solutions. Over the last 2.5 decades+, Paul has worked with many executives to accelerate business & digital transformations, M&A, national programs & associated complex digital solutions. This includes providing market, customer intelligence to make the right decisions, navigate competitors, execute plans & build capability to grow and deliver strategic business goals. Paul has the skills to provide advisory, strategy, commercialization, strategic delivery, go to market, consulting services & strategic reviews. When it comes to platforms and systems, Paul can help progress initiatives from $1M digital solutions to $500M's+ portfolios. Paul moves seamlessly across sectors including banking, telco's, consulting, commerce, government & not for profits To give back, Paul has been pro-bono manager of “Good Purpose Projects” since 2009, and for over 2 decades supporting local, community & humanitarian projects, and currently passionate member of the Cisco Crisis Response Team in Australia.
