With over 25 years of experience as Sales Director and General Manager, currently I am VP Business Development Europe at TRC Digital Grid Solutions in, delivering grid software solutions and services to end user customers and partners. My mission is to enable the energy transition by digital transformation, leveraging TRC's portfolio of innovative and scalable solutions, from on-premise applications to SaaS, from COTS platforms to smart grid, IIoT, blockchain, cloud, and analytics technologies. I have a strong background in commercial and general management, with a focus on business growth and change management. I have successfully built and led teams, developed and executed strategies, closed deals, and built long-term relationships with key accounts in both project- and trade-markets. I am also a passionate networker and a strategic advisor, having served as a member of the Strategic Advisory Council on Sustainable Energy at VITO and as a jury member for the Accenture Innovation Awards. I am always eager to learn, improve, and collaborate with others, and I have completed various programs on management development, leadership, and personal development a.o. at De Baak (Management Development) and ABB Academy (International Management Program).
