Key Accomplishments: Led the development of several business transformation projects, including SAP replacement and systems procurement, enterprise asset management, JDE developments, and business automation of EDMS and energy CRM, SAP, and EUC. Served as global lead in Operational Technology, Data Centre migrations, and Network and Security architecture. Restructured a £50m IT budget and team of approximately 150 IS/IT/business (a staff assessment response of 9.1) personnel through direct and matrix management. Implemented robust cyber security governance measures and technology risk management strategies. Developed professional value-added relationships with major technology providers.
Led the transition of CES+ to an integrated Group function, elevating operational efficiency from a private company model. Directed multi-million-pound IT portfolio, focusing on end-user computing, data centre migrations, network architecture, and business change. Spearheaded the development and execution of a £50m phased Building Rationalisation and Facilities Management change programme (2009-2011). Established a Public-Private Partnership Joint Venture Company to deliver property services between NPS Norfolk and Hull City Council (2008-2009). Orchestrated the design and implementation of an integrated Council-wide Business Support Service Desk for comprehensive primary and secondary support (2007-2008).
